Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Location(s): Rochester and Syracuse, NY

Salary Exempt: $80,000 - $100,000, eligible for sales incentive program


Summary

At Noble Gas Solutions LLC, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving new business growth. This role requires proficiency in strategic planning, project management, cold outreach, CRM management, and successful negotiation to achieve measurable results.


Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage business development strategies that prioritize company growth.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Conduct industry research to identify new business opportunities in the industrial gas sector.
  • Track and monitor sales progress to ensure corporate goals are met.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, market position, and competition.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills, with proven sales experience preferably in industrial gases, logistics, or distribution.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and a variety of duties.
  • Strong sales focus with the ability to build relationships and support revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.

Work Environment

  • This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer equipment, phones, scanners, copiers, and fax machines. Office-based with frequent interaction with customers, dispatch, and sales teams.
  • Occasional travel to company facilities & customer sites.


Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
