Job description

Summary

At Air Water Gas Solutions Inc., the Territory Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth as the company expands into new markets within the industrial gas sector. This field‑based role requires someone who excels at generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results‑driven professional with strong industry awareness and excellent communication skills.

This field‑based role works with the Sales and Business Development team and has no direct reports. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory: Rochester, NY. 

Position is eligible to participate in the sales incentive program. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market and industry research.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and competitors.
  • Track sales activities and performance to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage opportunities and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, ideally within industrial gases, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
