We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a full-time position in Boston. Our client has an immediate need for a developer to work directly within their Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

This hands-on role focuses on optimizing how products and opportunities are entered, managed, and displayed within Salesforce. The developer will enhance the customer-facing view of services and build and maintain Salesforce Flows to support evolving business processes. Additionally, the role includes supporting integration work between Salesforce and NetSuite (ERP).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain customizations within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Lightning Experience)

- Build, modify, and optimize Salesforce Flows to support internal business processes across Sales and Accounting - Improve how opportunity and product data is entered, managed, and displayed in Salesforce for both internal sales teams and customers

- Enhance the customer-facing view of purchased products and services within the Salesforce portal environment

- Work on Salesforce-to-NetSuite (ERP) integration touchpoints

- Write Apex code and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed to support customization requirements

- Partner with Sales and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (strong candidates with 5 years will be considered; ideal target is 8-10 years)

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows: building, modifying, and troubleshooting complex flows

- Hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience

- Experience working in Salesforce Lightning Experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)

- Ability to work primarily on-site in Boston

- Strong communication skills
