We are currently seeking a SFDC Sales Cloud & CPQ Consultant (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to design, configure, and implement scalable CRM and quote-to-cash solutions.
This role requires a consultant who can translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and banking industry best practices.
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM and quoting solutions.
  • Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, quote templates, and contract management processes within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle enhancements and integrations.
  • Collaborate with integration and development teams to support interfaces between Salesforce and downstream systems.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform and CPQ-related issues.
  • Create technical and functional documentation, including solution design documents and user guides.
  • Support production releases and ongoing platform enhancements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years of overall Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and support.
  • 3+ years of strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration including:
    • Workflows
    • Flows
    • Validation Rules
    • Approval Processes
    • Reports & Dashboards

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Experience working in Banking or Financial Services domains.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Work Model
  • Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in-office in Atlanta, GA.
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
