Mandatory Skills: SFDC, CPQ, Functional Testing, Quote to Cash

Description:

  • 6 + Years of experience in Functional Manual Testing

  • 3+ Years of testing experience in SFDC Sales CPQ testing - (Quote to Cash Knowledge - Mandatory)

  • Experience of Testing Life Cycle, Testing artifacts, Sandboxes, Test Data creation etc.

  • Deep understanding of sales cloud and service cloud

  • SFDC Sales Cloud : Good understanding of Account->Lead->Quote->Order business process and underlying SFDC objects

  • SFDC Service Cloud : Good understanding of Account->Case->service work flow and underlying SFDC objects

  • Experience in system testing, integration testing, regression and acceptance testing

  • Hands on experience of JIRA for defect tracking, reporting and project stakeholder communication

  • Experience of Agile/Scrum - Way of Working, Backlog planning, daily stand-up, retrospection
