Working alongside the Salesforce Administrator and Business Applications Engineer, you will serve as the technical force behind the Salesforce platform, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ. This role lives at the core of platform architecture and business enablement, partnering closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will also support Telestream's objectives to implement Revenue Cloud (RCA) and introduce AI agentic capabilities that reshape how teams engage with data and automation.

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Architect and maintain integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Apex code issues, governor limit violations, integration failures, and platform bugs across the full org.
  • Perform data migrations, deduplication, and enrichment activities while maintaining strict data integrity standards.
  • Monitor org health, including security, performance, technical debt, and release readiness across sandbox and production environments.
  • Support release management activities, including change sets, package deployments, and post-deployment validation.

Revenue Cloud and AI Capabilities

  • Configure, maintain, and expand AI agentic capabilities within the Salesforce org, including Agentforce, Einstein features, and prompt templates to support intelligent automation across the organization.

Collaboration and Code Quality
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and maintain documentation to support long-term platform health.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Finance to ensure Salesforce capabilities align with business priorities and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Salesforce CPQ expertise, including product and pricing rules, quote configuration, multi-dimensional quoting, and amendment and renewal handling.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or developing within Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA), including product catalog setup, transaction pricing, and revenue lifecycle management.
  • Practical experience configuring or extending AI agentic features within Salesforce, such as Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or custom prompt template development.
  • Strong command of Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST and SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns (platform events, outbound messaging, and named credentials).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required. Platform Developer II or Application Architect strongly preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent workstreams across multiple stakeholder groups and deadlines.
