14855 - Salesforce Platform Lead - Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Our client is filling this contract position exclusively through approved staffing partners, so this opportunity is not available by applying directly with the client. If you're interested, we'd be happy to represent you throughout the hiring process.
Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
  • Experience with Leadership of Salesforce teams and technical resources;
  • Experience with Enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce;
  • Experience with Salesforce architecture, governance, security, and platform operations;
  • Experience with Vendor, Statement of Work (SOW), budget, and delivery performance oversight;
  • Experience with Platform governance and delivery standards.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Advanced Salesforce certifications and architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem spanning multiple business units;
  • Drive platform governance, architecture, security, delivery standards, and long-term platform health;
  • Provide leadership across internal teams and strategic partners;
  • Oversee vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery performance;
  • Bridge technical and business priorities and establish scalable standards;
  • Communicate platform strategy, risk, and investment needs to both technical and executive stakeholders.
