Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will join our European HR Payroll team, supporting employees across multiple countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, contributing to key HR operations while learning about payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

Keyย Responsibilitiesย 

  • Support HR projects by creating and updating HR operations documents, resources, and presentationsย ย 

  • Assistย in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support business decisionsย ย 

  • Help interpret and apply local labor regulations, collective agreements, and internal policies across different European marketsย ย 

  • Respond to HR-related queries, including system access issues, employment verifications, policy questions, and time tracking concernsย ย 

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on missing informationย ย 

  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment certificates and official attestationsย ย 

  • Provide administrative support, including correspondence and document managementย ย 

  • Maintainย accurateย and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR filesย ย 

  • Assistย with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasksย ย 

Qualifications
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.ย 

  • Eligible for an internship agreement with a Spanish university or business school.ย 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German or French is a plus.ย 

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in an international HR environment.ย 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.ย 

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.ย 

  • High levelย of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.ย 

  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.ย 

  • Proficiencyย in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage trackers and work with data.ย
