Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will join our European HR Payroll team, supporting employees across multiple countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, contributing to key HR operations while learning about payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support HR projects by creating and updating HR operations documents, resources, and presentations  

  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support business decisions  

  • Help interpret and apply local labor regulations, collective agreements, and internal policies across different European markets  

  • Respond to HR-related queries, including system access issues, employment verifications, policy questions, and time tracking concerns  

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on missing information  

  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment certificates and official attestations  

  • Provide administrative support, including correspondence and document management  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR files  

  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks  

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Eligible for an internship agreement with a Spanish university or business school. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German or French is a plus. 

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in an international HR environment. 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving. 

  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 

  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage trackers and work with data.
