Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior ServiceMax / Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceMax solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceMax (SVMX) development, Salesforce customization, integrations, and field service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key/senior developer for design and delivery of ServiceMax requirements on Salesforce
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to analyze business process gaps and propose technical solutions
  • Lead functional and technical design for complex ServiceMax implementations
  • Design and deliver scalable enhancements aligned with IT roadmap and design standards
  • Configure Salesforce and ServiceMax applications based on functional design documents
  • Perform Apex, Visualforce, Lightning development and customization
  • Partner with support teams to deliver enhancements and provide escalated production support
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce and ServiceMax best practices
  • Mentor junior developers and guide ServiceMax delivery teams
