Senior Salesforce Developer

SBG Funding is a leading player in the B2B lending space, dedicated to helping businesses access the capital they need to thrive. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with a background in B2B/B2C Lending to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of business funding.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, process builder flows, and Lightning components.

  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and updates to determine their relevance and impact on existing systems and processes.

  • Perform code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
