Job description

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordination and hands-on development of SFMC Marketing transactional, lifecycle, and promotional marketing campaigns to support business goals in customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention. The Senior Marketing Specialist is also responsible for SFMC design and development of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, APIs, Automation, Journeys, personalized email templates, data driven proficiency, SMS and CloudPages
This is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
Duties include SFMC Development & Technical Implementation to support Consumer Marketing campaigns that are recurring and/or ad/hoc email sends.
Special projects that require analytical abilities include data driven decision making and troubleshooting and root cause analysis of the issues.
Review and update documentation for any features implemented in SFMC and conduct peer reviews with the entire team
Leverage out-of-the-box report as well as building custom new reports using SFMC cloud pages
Qualifications
Minimum of 9-10 years of SFMC hands-on experience is required, including strong API, SQL, Ampscript, building personalized email templates, strong data driven experience and Automation experience is mandatory.
Preferred work experience: Data Cloud, Einstein AI and CRM experience.
Specific tools required include SFMC, Jira, Confluence, SQL tools, Scripting (java scripting/amp scripting/SSJS) and data analytics and visualization tools
Level of competency: Intermediate or Advanced.
Bachelor's Degree Required
