Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep Salesforce expertise to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable enterprise CRM solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross-functional technology teams to architect solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem that drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, enterprise integration experience, and a strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Functions
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and custom platform capabilities.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, and integration teams.
  • Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices for data modeling, security, governance, automation, release management, and DevOps processes.
  • Evaluate current-state architecture and recommend improvements to scalability, maintainability, and system performance.
  • Lead solution reviews, technical design sessions, and architecture governance processes.
  • Support estimation, project planning, risk assessment, and technical delivery management for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements across all Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform innovations and recommend emerging technologies and capabilities that align with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and IT leadership to align Salesforce solutions with broader technology strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.
  • Deep expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform customization.
  • Strong experience designing Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing, customer support, and other enterprise systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce security architecture.
  • Proven experience leading complex Salesforce implementations with multiple stakeholders and large‑scale user bases.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategies.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional technology teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds and advanced platform capabilities.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud integration patterns.
