Inside Sales Representative
Must have 2+ years of inside sales experience
Do you enjoy talking with customers and being part of a team that provides solutions through sales? If the answer is yes, we have a great opportunity for you! We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team here at A-1 Pest Control, where you will provide solutions to our future customers.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for listening to the needs of consumers and matching them with our service plan. Logically and efficiently routing technicians and offering solutions create the foundation of what this role requires to be successful. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative must be able to efficiently use a route management system to schedule appointments for customers.
This is an onsite position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from prospective customers needing pest control services
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and offer service plans
  • Understand and explain pest control services, treatment processes, pricing, and contract terms clearly
  • Qualify leads based on specific pest issues, location, and urgency, and schedule appointments for territory managers
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to increase retention and upsell additional services
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
