We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of two critical new product launches. This fixed-term role will serve as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Professional Affairs, and external partners to ensure launch readiness, organizational alignment, and successful commercialization.

The ideal candidate excels at managing complex Commercial initiatives, driving accountability across diverse stakeholders, mitigating risks, and delivering launch initiatives on time and within budget. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for bringing new products to market. This is a fixed-term contract position focused on delivering two strategic product launches and establishing scalable launch management practices that can be leveraged across future commercialization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within marketing, product marketing, or commercialization environments.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives, product launches, or commercialization programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, OnePlan, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator with the ability to present to and engage executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) or commercialization programs.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, technology, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $71,285.00 and $95,046.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments.  The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future.  This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of two high-priority product launches from planning through post-launch evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Professional Affairs, and external agencies.
  • Drive alignment on launch objectives, messaging, deliverables, and readiness milestones.
  • Lead regular project meetings capture key decisions, document outcomes and track completion of action items.
  • Coordinate the development, review, and deployment of launch-related marketing, sales enablement, training, and communications assets.
  • Track project budgets, agency/vendor spend, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manage project resources and workload prioritization across marketing functions.
  • Monitor launch readiness, key milestones, and post-launch performance against established success metrics.
