Job description

Do you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and helping ensure customers receive their orders on time? AC Infinity is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the shipping process by coordinating orders, communicating with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from our warehouse to our customers. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES


  • Review and track daily shipment logs.
  • Input orders into company shipping and order management systems.
  • Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.
  • Track shipments on the master shipping list and provide updates as needed.
  • Resolve shipping issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate delivery updates with the company's sales team.
  • Communicate professionally with carriers and vendors via email and phone.
  • Monitor inventory to help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • General office and administrative experience.
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar carriers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to type 45+ words per minute.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance.
  • Flexible schedule; occasional Saturday work may be required based on business needs.
  • Must follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions to management.

While this position is primarily focused on order fulfillment and shipping coordination, employees may occasionally be asked to assist with other warehouse-related duties based on business needs, staffing levels, or operational priorities. This may include supporting receiving, inventory, picking, packing, or other general warehouse functions. Employees are expected to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to assist wherever needed to help the department operate efficiently.
