Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team and optimizing our sales processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations, utilizing your expertise with NetSuite, ClickUp and Salesforce.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • You will utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience with various CRM systems (ClickUp, SalesForce, NetSuite) to manage and maintain our sales data, including customer records, sales orders, invoices, and other relevant information. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and organizing data to ensure its integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to identify areas for process improvement within the sales cycle. Analyze existing sales workflows and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity. Implement and monitor these changes to drive measurable results.
  • Interact with our Distributors and Strategic Partners to synchronize pipeline data and ensure coordinated sales efforts.
  • Generate regular reports and perform data analysis to track key sales metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and customer trends. Present findings to the sales leadership team and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales team members on using our CRM effectively. Address any system-related queries or issues promptly and offer solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  •  Help develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials. Assist in the implementation of sales tools and technologies to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales metrics.
  • Experience with Excel, ClickUp and/or Salesforce. Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience migrating data and processes to Salesforce from another CRM system.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
