Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst supports the processes, reporting, systems, and initiatives that enable sales teams to operate efficiently and effectively. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, improve business processes, maintain operational tools and systems, support forecasting and reporting activities, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and leveraging data to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers.

  • Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

  • Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives

  • Participate or lead process design, process implementation, or process improvement initiatives

  • Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects including review status of projects and budgets.

  • Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

  • Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
