WALSWORTH

Enterprise Sales Navigator

Department: Commercial / Enterprise Sales
Location: [Remote, hybrid, or assigned Walsworth facility based on business need]
Reports To: [Insert Title]

ABOUT WALSWORTH

Walsworth is a leading provider of print & publishing solutions, delivering high-quality printed products and services to enterprise customers across industries. Our customer-centric model is built on deep expertise, operational excellence, and a commitment to long-term partnerships.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Enterprise Sales Navigator is the operational owner of Enterprise opportunity, onboarding, and governance processes. This role partners closely with Enterprise Sales Executives and cross-functional teams to coordinate the successful progression of opportunities, customer onboarding, implementation readiness, and ongoing account governance.

The Navigator ensures internal alignment, accountability, and execution throughout the Enterprise customer lifecycle.

Above all, the Navigator coordinates a single customer’s work as it moves across Walsworth’s manufacturing platforms; web offset, sheetfed, digital, bindery, and fulfillment, so the account experiences one company, not five.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Enterprise Opportunity Management

  • Lead structured intake for enterprise opportunities, capturing specifications, volumes, timelines, and requirements
  • Coordinate the development and documentation of customer requirements, specifications, timelines, and implementation needs
  • Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity progression

Estimating & Proposal Execution

  • Coordinate estimating and pricing inputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Feed deliverability inputs into the proposal; capacity, lead times, and platform fit, so pricing and commitments reflect what Walsworth can execute
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs so the sales executive can complete RFP and proposal development on deadline

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Own the handoffs between platforms so a single customer’s job moves seamlessly from one to the next — the account sees one company, not five
  • Align teams across prepress, production, mailing, fulfillment, and customer service
  • Identify risks early (capacity, materials, logistics) and drive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to production with clear documentation
  • Track ownership and completion of key onboarding, implementation, and customer commitments.
  • Escalate execution risks and cross-functional roadblocks when needed.

Enterprise Onboarding & Implementation Coordination

  • Coordinate customer onboarding activities following contract execution.
  • Facilitate readiness planning across Operations, Customer Service, Technology, Quality, and Fulfillment teams.
  • Track onboarding milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules.
  • Monitor customer readiness requirements and internal launch preparedness.
  • Support successful transition from sales to operational execution

Account Governance & Process Administration

  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and governance activities.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, dashboards, and supporting materials.
  • Track follow-up actions and customer commitments.
  • Maintain account documentation and governance records.
  • Support Executive Sponsors and Enterprise Sales Executives with account coordination needs.

Vendor & Fulfillment Support

  • Coordinate sourcing decisions and vendor relationships when needed
  • Support inventory, warehousing, kitting, and distribution workflows

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across pipeline and delivery
  • Identify process improvements and implement standardized workflows
  • Develop playbooks and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity across Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop reporting and visibility tools supporting Enterprise account management.
  • Monitor onboarding, governance, and opportunity process effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements that enhance customer experience and execution efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in sales operations, print production, estimating, customer support, or complex project coordination
  • Experience managing cross-functional workflows under tight deadlines
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in print, publishing, or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise accounts and RFP processes
  • Strong analytical and Excel/data management skills
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Enterprise deal coordination and execution discipline
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical decision-making and KPI focus
  • Attention to detail and process rigor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

WHY JOIN WALSWORTH

At Walsworth, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused organization where your work directly impacts the success of enterprise clients. This role is critical to scaling our enterprise sales strategy and delivering on our promise of operational excellence.
