Due to rapid growth and increasing customer demand, we are seeking a multifaceted, organized, self-starter to fill the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Charlotte, NC. 

What to Expect: 

As an SDR, you will be an integral part of the sales engine, collaborating with RUCKUS Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Sales Leadership to identify and generate new business opportunities. You will help position RUCKUS solutions through our partner ecosystem to new end-users, helping drive growth in key market segments. 

You Will Make an Impact By: 

  • Leveraging sales engagement tools (outreach.io) to generate new customer meetings within your target vertical or account list. 

  • Identify and qualify inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for the sales teams. 

  • Managing leads in Salesforce (SFDC), qualifying and dispositioning as needed 

  • Employing creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within your target accounts. 

  • Leverage tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum to conduct outbound campaigns and develop new prospects. 

  • Cold calling and overcoming objections from potential customers. 

  • Researching prospects to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities. 

  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure seamless lead handoff with a complete profile of information and clear follow-up actions. 

Required Qualifications for Consideration: 

  • Some College or equivalent experience. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a "no-excuses" mentality. 

  • High energy and intensity, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets.
