P&K Equipment Sales Internship Program*
P&K Equipment is offering the opportunity for college students to apply for a paid internship to engage in the agricultural retail business and assist the organization with performing tasks to accomplish key initiatives during the busy summer months.
P&K has several departments that the interns will rotate through-Sales, Parts, Service, and P&K Pinpoint (technology and Integrated Solutions). Students will have the opportunity to rotate through these departments and assist with different assigned projects in each functional area.
Tasks/Assignments may include:
  • Helping sales staff with greeting customers and assisting them in the showroom and on the lo
  • Assisting with showroom/lot displays; Getting equipment ready for advertising
  • Assist Parts Manager and Parts Sales staff with efficient operation of the department and working with customer requests
  • Assist Service Manager and Service team with tasks to effectively operate the Service Departments
  • Work with P&K Pinpoint staff to help set up/demonstrate/train customers on technology products

P&K Equipment Sales Internship Program Qualifications/Expectations
  • Interns may need to spend time at several different P&K Locations/willing to travel and stay overnight as required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Students expected to have a desire to learn more about the retail agricultural business and customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Maintain good safety habits
