Job description

Veradigm sells healthcare technology into provider, payer, and life science companies - a market of long cycles, multiple buying committees, and sophisticated buyers who reward relevance and genuine insight. This role sharpens our named-account motion on three fronts at once: the campaigns that reach target accounts, the operational foundation that shows us what those campaigns achieved, and the enablement that helps sellers convert the interest we create.

What You'll Contribute:

Account-based marketing

  • Define and run the ABM programs end-to-end: account tiering and selection, segment strategy, play design, channel mix, and budget
  • Build multi-touch, multi-threaded plays for named accounts in partnership with sales leadership and the AEs who own those accounts
  • Manage ABM platform and intent data operations (ZoomInfo, HubSpot or similar), including audience build, orchestration, and signal-to-action workflows
  • Report on program performance in terms the business values most - account engagement, pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and velocity

GTM for Revenue Operations

  • Own GTM for RevOps, bringing cross-functional teams together to align lead and account routing, campaign attribution, SLAs between marketing and sales, enablement materials, and sales operations and measurement needs
  • Define the data and reporting requirements that give leadership clear visibility into what's driving revenue, and champion consistent campaign taxonomy and data hygiene in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform
  • Partner with product and marketing on GTM readiness for new products and offering launches, ensuring targeting, systems, reporting, and field materials are in place on day one

Sales enablement

  • Build the assets, plays, and training that support the campaigns you launch - messaging guides, call frameworks, objection handling, competitive positioning, and account research briefs
  • Run enablement for new plays and campaign launches: live sessions, async content, and the follow-through that makes it stick
  • Curate the content library so sellers can find the right thing at the right moment, keeping it current and focused on what the field uses

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years in B2B demand generation, ABM, revenue operations, or sales enablement, with meaningful hands-on time in at least two of the three
  • Track record running account-based programs for complex, considered, multi-stakeholder purchases
  • Working fluency in Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Gong), plus an ABM or intent platform
  • Comfort with data: you build your own reports, you understand the difference between influenced and sourced pipeline, and you can explain both clearly to a sales leader
  • Strong writing - much of this job is producing things other people will use
  • A talent for moving work forward through influence and collaboration across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare IT, health tech, payer, provider, or life sciences experience - or the appetite to learn a genuinely complicated market quickly
  • Experience supporting both new logo acquisition and cross-sell into an insta

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate's unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget. Our commitment to pay transparency is a testament to our dedication to creating a fair, equitable, and inclusive workplace. By continuously analyzing market trends, staying abreast of changes in state laws, and making budgetary adjustments accordingly, we strive to ensure that our compensation practices reflect the value we place on our associates' unique contributions and support their professional growth.
