Sales Enablement Associate

Optimatum Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. We're looking for a driven professional ready to take ownership in a role that blends sales support, CRM ownership, and marketing execution with market and M&A/PE research. In this position, you'll have the autonomy to shape how we grow revenue by:
· Owning CRM data integrity to ensure accurate pipelines, reporting, and client tracking 
· Designing and refining sales materials that directly influence client engagement and deal success 
· Executing marketing campaigns across social media and email, bringing creative ideas to life and measuring their impact 
· Researching M&A, Private Equity, Healthcare, and related sectors to fuel thought leadership and sales materials
This is a fully in-office role, five days a week, based at our Midtown location in our New York City office. The Opportunity

 The Sales Enablement Associate supports our Business Development and Marketing efforts end to end from the relationships and data that keep the pipeline moving, to the research and content that build our market visibility. You will manage the CRM and client tracking, help develop and execute marketing campaigns, and conduct research on M&A, Private Equity, Healthcare, and related sectors to fuel thought leadership and sales materials that directly influence client engagement. You will work closely with senior management, translating both relationship data and market insight into materials, campaigns, and events that promote Optimatum's brand and win business.
The Optimatum Team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to:
· Own CRM data integrity to ensure accurate pipelines, reporting, and client tracking · Manage client relationships and expansion efforts with a proactive, independent approach
· Maintain organized electronic file systems to effectively monitor and track administrative and business development activities
· Execute marketing campaigns across social media and email, bringing creative ideas to life and measuring their impact
· Design and refine sales materials that directly influence client engagement and deal success
· Draft thought leadership content based on research findings · Assist in developing and executing marketing materials by segment
· Coordinate business development events and meetings · Conduct ongoing research on M&A, Private Equity, Healthcare, and related sectors using publicly available and industry sources
· Review and synthesize insights from industry publications on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence
· Extract key data points for use in marketing communications and sales materials
· Provide sales-related administrative support to senior management as needed
Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree required; enrollment in or completion of a master's degree/equivalent a plus
· Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity (sales support, marketing, research, or related field)
· Prior experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, or Sales Support desired, not required
· Interest in M&A, PE, Finance, and/or Healthcare/Benefits preferred
· Prior course experience in Finance and/or with Private Equity is highly desirable
· Strong technical proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
· Strong research, synthesis, and presentation skills, paired with sharp attention to detail
· Ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple platforms
· Comfortable with unstructured problems and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
· Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication and listening skills
· Knowledge and familiarity with project management tools and processes
· Energy and commitment to deliver high quality results in condensed timeframes

** The expected annual salary ranges from $75,000-$110,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, training, experience, education, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
