Are you a Sales Director with automotive or motorized equipment sales experience? Keep reading if you want to work for one of the top companies in the Northeast and still have Amazing Work Life Balance!

As our sales director, you'll be responsible managing 7 sites and it’s managers, building client relationships, developing new clients, build knowledge our products including our engineered technical specs, train and develop the sales team, hold teams accountable for hitting sales and production numbers, hire and train managers and senior level staff.

  • Build and develop sales managers
  • Attract and develop interest in products and services
  • Set KPI’s and hit numbers
  • Set goals to ensure that sales quotas are met by the sales team
  • Maintain current client relationships
  • Participate in product engineering and provide clients input in new product development
