Summary:
The Sales Development Representative will oversee equipment sales administration, including CRM and ERP systems, account tracking, and report generation. Manage the sales performance analysis, communication between units, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Development Representative supports the outside sales team and manages proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up; sales coordination and customer satisfaction activities.
Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:
  • Sales coordination responsibilities:
  • Manage the equipment sales administration
  • Manages CRM and ERP systems coordination
  • Manages OS account lists on business systems
  • Tracks activity and revenue at target accounts
  • Generates Monthly Sales Reports (Bookings, Invoicing, etc.)
  • Generates sales charts for posting (Salesmen Performance, # of PM contracts, etc.)
  • Generates special sales reports for management as needed
  • Coordinates communication between business unit / OS / IS
  • Manages administration of sales blitz
  • Develops tracking procedures to include log in, assignment, follow up
  • Follows Leads from Cradle to Grave and tracks results
  • Manages monthly customer satisfaction surveys

Marketing responsibilities:
  • Seminars, advertising and coordination
  • Coordinate customer and employee social events
  • Supports social media advertising and promotion
  • Targeted direct mail campaigns & sales blitz
  • E-mail marketing campaign
  • Manages manufacturers co-op funds
  • Manages all marketing efforts related to above

Qualifications of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Windows based programs
  • Possess organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable with CRM and business enterprise software systems, update and maintain systems with new sales information
  • Meet deadlines and keep commitments consistently
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the industry
  • Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Acceptance driving record according to company guidelines
