As a Sales Development Representative at Stampli, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential customers who can benefit from our solutions. You’ll master our sales process, research and qualify leads, and spark new relationships that set our sales team up for success. If you’re a fast learner with strong communication skills and a passion for showcasing innovative products, this is the role for you.


What You Will Do:
  • Be ready to learn and grow in our Sales function!
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and identifying new sales opportunities through a mix of SaaS sales tools, cold-calling, and targeted email outreach.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Identify prospect's needs and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives.
  • Report to Sales Development Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Proactively explore AI-driven ways to reach, understand, and engage our customers.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, 6sense, and/or Gong is a plus
  • Prior experience or proven track record in sales is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for using AI-enabled sales technologies to improve outreach quality, scale activity, and exceed performance targets.
