Primary responsibility is to execute all company strategies and initiatives at Floor Covering Dealers. These initiatives include the daily activities required to support Dealers and Contractors at the local territory level and to further develop and strengthen our relationship with these key accounts with the goal of gaining new and incremental business
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
Training (75%):
  • Present, demonstrate, and actively promote the full range of current and new products to Dealers within the assigned territory
  • Ensure consistent, professional, and impactful marketing presence in Dealer Showrooms by actively managing and maintaining grout samples, product displays, point-of-sale materials, brochures, and other marketing resources.
  • Educate distributor sales representatives on Laticrete products and motivate them to actively promote the brand in their communications with dealers.

Analytics (10%):
  • Work with RSM and regional sales team to develop a target list of both Dealers and Contractors
  • Partner with existing distribution to evaluate historical purchases of existing customers and identify areas of growth opportunity.
  • Submit quarterly report summarizing LATICRETE performance,

Liaison (15%):
  • Assist Technical Services on claim inspections and gathering of necessary information as needed.
  • Participate in ride along sales calls with pro channel distributor sales reps.
  • Leverage local TSIS, Concrete Prep, and MVIS sales team to assist as needed with closing key account targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Job Specifications/Skills:
  • 2+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry.
  • Ability to do presentations to large groups.
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record.
  • Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
  • Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal) highly preferred.
  • Team cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.

Specialized Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience working in the tile industry preferred

Travel Requirement:
  • 80%+, some of which may be on short notice.
