You'll Be Selling Real Estate

This isn't a typical sales job.

You'll be working with real investment properties every day, marketing properties to investors, negotiating offers, creating buyer competition, and getting deals sold.

You don't need to know real estate when you start. We'll teach you.


You'll learn how professional real estate investors:

  • Evaluate investment properties
  • Understand local real estate markets
  • Determine what properties are worth
  • Market properties to investors
  • Negotiate real estate transactions
  • Build relationships with active buyers
  • Create competition and maximize sale prices
  • Move transactions from opportunity to closing
