GDG Smiles is expanding its high-performance sales team and looking for a motivated, confident Inside Sales Closer who knows how to build trust, handle objections, and guide qualified prospects toward a buying decision.


You'll work with warm inbound leads from prospective patients who have already expressed interest in cosmetic dental treatment. Your focus will be on understanding their goals, presenting the value of treatment, addressing concerns, and converting qualified opportunities into booked appointments.

What You'll Do

  • Work with warm inbound leads—no traditional cold calling.
  • Connect with prospective patients by phone, text, and CRM.
  • Build rapport and understand each prospect's goals and motivations.
  • Present cosmetic dental treatment options and communicate value effectively.
  • Handle common objections related to price, timing, financing, and treatment.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally to move opportunities forward.
  • Convert qualified prospects into booked, deposit-paid appointments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Meet clearly defined weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
  • Participate in coaching, role-play, call reviews, and ongoing sales training.

This is a performance-based sales position with flat case pay for qualified bookings.
