Main objectives include: clearly explaining wash products/services, selling memberships and other services that best fit the customer's needs and maintaining high-quality customer relations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, assess their vehicle and offer products/services that best suit their car washing needs.
• Provide efficient, friendly, quality customer service to every customer.
• Selling memberships, bundle wash packages and other wash products/services.
• Operate the cash register and process payments using JetSplash's point-of-sale system.
• Answering the phone - taking messages or directing the call to the correct department.
• Clear communication with other team members.
• Promptly handle any membership management questions/problems that may arise.
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of point-of-sale office.
• Complete daily Sales Advisor opening/closing duties.
