Job description

Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving readiness and effectiveness of Zywave Account Management Teams (Customer Account Managers and Global Account Managers). This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align enablement strategies with business objectives, ensuring all sales priorities are fully supported.

Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sales enablement and training programs. Ensure that all programs align with corporate goals and drive sales objectives by accelerating sales productivity and enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of Zywave Account Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Own all aspects of enablement programs for Zywave Account Management Teams, including new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and professional development for existing staff.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders and HR to establish a competency and assessment framework that addresses the specific enablement needs of each Sales Team.
  • Lead creation, coordination, delivery, adoption, and measurement of process and product training, content, messaging, tools, and resources that support Sales readiness and effectiveness.
  • Engage regularly with Sales Teams to understand customer needs and develop enablement assets that address those needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to produce enablement materials that support product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze usage and effectiveness of enablement assets; consult with Sales Teams to assess impact on customer engagement.
  • Audits the Sales processes to find areas of improvement to enhance customer experience.
  • Research, scope, implement, and drive adoption of new enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure strategic alignment across Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, HR, Product, and Marketing Teams.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage additional learning projects and coordinate all associated activities as needed.

Knowledge and SkILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales enablement and/or sales training experience in a technology company, preferably in a SaaS or Insurtech space.
  • Proven experience rolling out, scaling and supporting Miller Heiman LAMP, Strategic Account Management (SAM) or Key Account Management (KAM) frameworks. Relevant Certification would be a plus.
  • Mastery in adult learning and sales methodologies, sales curriculum design, course development and training delivery.
  • Extensive experience in implementing and driving enablement programs, including but not limited to onboarding, continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrated ability to define enablement needs for the organization, implement competency framework and align learning initiatives to it.
  • Proficiency in Showpad (or other LMS/CMS platforms), Articulate 360 (or other content authoring tools), Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com (or other CRM).
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid facilitation and delivery skills.
