About This Role:

Novir is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality & Compliance Program Manager to lead the development and oversight of clinical quality, compliance, education, and governance programs across multiple states. 

This role is responsible for strengthening clinical standardization, regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, quality improvement, and vaccine program oversight to support Novir's continued growth and operational excellence. 

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support clinical quality, compliance, and risk management initiatives across the organization 

  • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding, education, and competency programs for clinical staff 

  • Oversee quality assurance activities including documentation audits, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives 

  • Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CDC, state immunization, and customer requirements 

  • Manage registry and EMR governance, including access oversight, documentation integrity, and workflow standardization 

  • Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends, support reporting, and provide actionable insights to leadership 

  • Partner with operations and clinical leadership on vaccine program implementation, process improvement, and operational readiness 

  • Assist with policy development, program standardization, and scalable clinical infrastructure initiatives 

Key Qualifications We're Looking For:
  • RN required; healthcare administration or clinical operations experience preferred 

  • Experience in healthcare quality, compliance, clinical operations, education, or program management 

  • Knowledge of immunization programs, EMRs, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements 

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience developing workflows, policies, and training materials preferred 

Preferred Experience 

  • Multi-state healthcare operations 

  • Vaccine or immunization program management 

  • Long-term care, senior living, or onsite healthcare services 

  • Audit, accreditation, or compliance support
