Job description

We're partnering with a growing organization to hire a Project/Program Manager who will play a key role in driving large-scale telecom and infrastructure initiatives. This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of fiber deployments and network expansion—from OSP planning through construction and delivery—and can lead programs that bridge field operations, engineering, and business priorities.

You'll be stepping into a highly visible role where execution, leadership, and telecom expertise are critical to success. What you'll do Lead and develop a team of project managers supporting telecom, fiber build-out, and OSP-driven infrastructure programs Oversee end-to-end delivery of fiber construction and network expansion initiatives across multiple markets Establish and enforce program governance, delivery standards, and execution frameworks across concurrent projects Partner closely with field operations, engineering teams, vendors, and construction crews to ensure alignment and progress Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource planning while driving accountability across stakeholders Identify risks across large-scale telecom deployments and proactively implement mitigation strategies Drive coordination across OSP design, permitting, construction, and final network deployment phases What gets you the job 7+ years of project or program management experience with a strong focus on telecommunications, fiber build-outs, IT Construction, or network infrastructure Hands‐on experience with OSP environments, fiber construction, and large‐scale telecom deployment projects a plus Proven ability to lead complex, multi‐project programs including market expansions and infrastructure rollouts Strong leadership background with experience managing and mentoring project teams Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross‐functional telecom stakeholders Familiarity with permitting, right‐of‐way, and field execution challenges in fiber deployment is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred About Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is an award‐winning provider of technology and staffing solutions, connecting top talent with leading organizations across the U.S. Our AI recruiter, Avery, helps create a more personalized and efficient candidate experience by enabling you to share more about your background and goals.
