Your Role on Our Team:

The primary function of this position is to lead the commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and customer adoption efforts for Milwaukee Tool's growing portfolio of software, SaaS, connected solutions, and service-based offerings. This roleis responsible foridentifyingmarket opportunities, developing customer-centric positioning and messaging, and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, growth, and business performance.

Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, and channel partners, this individual will serve as the voice of the customer while developing scalable commercialization practices that accelerate the success of new products, services, feature releases, and digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is energized by building new capabilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging based on a deep understanding of target customers, users, buying processes, and market needs.

  • Lead integrated go-to-market programs that support the launch, ongoing management, adoption, and growth of tangible products, SaaS solutions, services, and new features.

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success Managers, channel partners, and other cross-functional teams to develop launch plans, sales enablement, customer communications, training, and adoption programs.

  • Develop marketing programs that build brand equity, increase customer awareness and adoption, and fulfill marketing and financialobjectives.

  • Establish projectobjectives, success measures, timelines, and commercialization plans, and work cross-functionally to ensure key milestones and goals are achieved.

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, forecasts, programs, budgets, and P&L within approved levels.

  • Manage the program's key digital and commercial touchpoints, including its microsite, contact database, email communications, and marketing automation activities using HubSpot or similar platforms.

  • Manage the strategic and tactical activities of advertising agencies, digital partners, and other outside suppliers.

  • Analyze sales, campaign, website,customer-engagement, and product-adoption performance toidentifyopportunities, link marketing activity to business KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

  • Establish and share repeatable commercialization practices across products, SaaS solutions, and services, including launch planning, feature and offering communications, post-launch measurement, and ongoing optimization.

  • Initiallyoperateas a hands-on individual contributor while leading through influence anddemonstratingthe ability to grow into a formal people-management role as business needsevolve.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, ora relatedfield.

  • Minimum3+years of marketing experience, including experience marketing products, SaaS solutions, software, digital services, or other service-based offerings.

  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, SaaS solutions, services, ongoing feature releases, and customer-adoption initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical product capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging.

  • Experience working as a marketing manager or in a comparable role within a SaaS or technology-focused organization strongly preferred.

  • Previousexperience managing or mentoring employeespreferred;must also be comfortable personally leading both strategic and tactical marketing activities.

  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, including email marketing, contact management, workflows, reporting, and website or microsite management.

  • Demonstrated ability to buildnew marketingcapabilities and processes, manage competing priorities, and lead through influence.

  • Mustpossessstrong analytical, communication,project-management, and presentation skills.

  • Must be willing and able to work on-site in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
