Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Type: Full-time on-site

Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000

Are you passionate about leading projects, building customer relationships, and driving successful product launches? We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Program Manager to oversee key customer programs from launch through production.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality expectations, and achieve business objectives. What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs.

Lead customer programs from award through production and ongoing lifecycle management.

Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure successful execution.

Manage project schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables.

Track risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status.

Support product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor program performance, timing, and profitability.

Build strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem solving.


What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, project management, program management, engineering, or customer-facing roles.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and product launches.

APQP, PPAP, or automotive industry experience is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
