About the Team

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead delivery acrossprograms, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams. This role partners closely with internal product, technology, operations, sales, andclientrelationshipteams, as well as external partners, to ensure predictable delivery, strong governance, and successful client outcomes.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) - Jacksonville, FL; Milwaukee, WI; Atlanta, GA

Whatyou'llbe doing:

Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs

Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies

Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams

Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight

Identifyand manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations

Ensure adherence to FIS PMO standards and contractual commitments

Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of project and/or program management experience in fintech or financial services

Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability tooperateindependently with minimal supervision
