• Orchestrate the entire implementation journey, serving as the strategic partner for clients from initial kickoff to successful software adoption.
• Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble's powerful estimating tools with specific client business objectives.
• Mastermind technical software setups and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between B2W platforms and third-party applications.
• Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.
• Strong background in civil construction, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy professional comfortable using CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.
• Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.
