Job description

Software Finder is looking for a highly experienced SaaS Sales Consultant to evaluate, strengthen, and optimize our sales operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution capability to improve sales performance.
You will work closely with leadership to assess current sales processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, data-driven improvements that enhance pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Evaluation & Optimization
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing sales processes, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies impacting sales effectiveness
  • Analyze pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion rates, and closing practices

Data, CRM & Reporting
  • Assess CRM usage, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
  • Evaluate forecasting models and sales performance tracking mechanisms
  • Recommend improvements to enhance visibility, consistency, and decision-making

Strategy to Execution
  • Develop clear, structured documentation outlining findings and recommended improvements
  • Translate insights into practical, implementable solutions
  • Partner with sales leadership to prioritize and execute process improvements

Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Support adoption of new processes through guidance and change management practices
  • Align teams on best practices for scalable and efficient sales operations
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales consulting
  • Proven track record of evaluating and improving sales processes in B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting models
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Preferred Experience
  • Background in process improvement, operational strategy, or consulting
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven sales environments
  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and pipeline optimization
