About Us

We are building and scaling a staffing and technology business through Venushring.com. In addition to our staffing services, we have developed four AI-powered products and are looking for an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Consultant to mentor our team and help accelerate customer acquisition.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on GTM Consultant with proven expertise in digital advertising, lead generation, demand generation, and growth marketing. The consultant will work closely with our leadership and marketing teams, providing strategic guidance and practical recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide our internal team on GTM strategy.

  • Develop and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Provide expert guidance on:

    • Google Ads

    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    • LinkedIn Ads

    • YouTube Ads

    • X (Twitter) Ads

    • Other relevant social media advertising platforms

  • Recommend best practices for B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.

  • Design scalable demand generation strategies for staffing services.

  • Develop GTM strategies for our AI product portfolio.

  • Improve conversion funnels, landing pages, and campaign performance.

  • Establish KPI dashboards and performance measurement frameworks.

  • Advise on audience targeting, retargeting, and account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Share proven tactics for reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and increasing ROI.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM consulting.

  • Demonstrated success managing PPC budgets and generating qualified leads.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Experience working with B2B service companies, staffing firms, SaaS, or AI products.
