It's transforming how we enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and unlock new possibilities. Our teams are energized by innovation and readily embrace emerging technology. We're not waiting for the future to arrive. We're shaping it, one bold step at a time. To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together.

The Crown Is Yours

As Vice President, iGaming Operations, you will define and lead the operating model that powers DraftKings' iGaming business. You'll oversee Revenue Operations, Games Operations & Studio, and the cross-functional execution that connects strategy, content, commercialization, and player experience across brands and jurisdictions. As the primary operating partner to the EVP & GM, iGaming, you'll drive sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, and scalable execution while building a high-performing organization that delivers exceptional player experiences in a complex, regulated environment.

What you'll do as Vice President, iGaming Operations
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the EVP & GM, iGaming, shaping operating priorities, driving performance management, and influencing executive decision-making across the business.

  • Own the operating performance of the iGaming business, translating strategic priorities into measurable operating plans, commercial outcomes, and sustainable revenue growth.

  • Lead cross-functional execution across iGaming Operations, Marketing, Product & Technology, Analytics, VIP, Legal, and Compliance, aligning priorities, resolving tradeoffs, and delivering strategic initiatives that advance business objectives.

  • Provide executive leadership with data-driven insights on business performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities to inform investment decisions and long-term strategy.

  • Ensure the organization is operationally prepared to scale across new markets and evolving regulatory environments while maintaining operational excellence and compliance.

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability, strategic thinking, and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Oversee Revenue Operations, ensuring merchandising, promotions, player programs, and game portfolio decisions work together to maximize player value, commercial performance, and long-term profitability. Partner with Analytics to embed measurement, experimentation, and actionable insights into commercial decision-making.

  • Lead Games Operations & Studio, overseeing third-party partnerships, exclusive content, and the long-term in-house games roadmap while aligning game strategy with commercial priorities, marketing initiatives, and player lifecycle objectives to deliver a differentiated, high-performing portfolio.

What you'll bring
  • At least 15 years of experience leading operations, revenue, or Profit and Loss functions within iGaming, digital gaming, marketplaces, or similarly complex consumer businesses.

  • Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary organizations with accountability for revenue growth, operational excellence, and business performance.

  • Deep understanding of iGaming economics, including game content strategy, merchandising, promotions, player lifecycle management, and multi-brand operations.

  • Experience integrating commercial, content, and operations organizations into a unified operating model that drives measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and strategic judgment, with experience using data, experimentation, and insights to influence enterprise-level decisions.

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence General Managers, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience operating in highly regulated, fast-moving environments while balancing innovation, compliance, and scalable execution.

  • A builder's mindset with a passion for designing operating models, developing high-performing leaders, and delivering exceptional player experiences through operational excellence.
