With expertise across a wide range of roofing systems, our team provides dependable service, technical knowledge, and tailored solutions designed to maximize roof performance and protect long-term building assets. We work closely with customers to deliver responsive support, quality workmanship, and efficient project execution across every stage of the roofing lifecycle. We are always looking for motivated professionals who want to grow their careers while contributing to a team focused on delivering exceptional results.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Foreman is a hands-on field leader responsible for executing commercial roofing installation work and leading a production crew on day-to-day jobs. This role owns the safety, quality, productivity, and documentation of every project from start to finish. The right candidate is a strong technical roofer who has earned crew respect through their craft, sets the standard on every jobsite, and develops their team while delivering exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, sequence, and execute installation work, directing the crew to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
  • Enforce safety standards on every jobsite including JHA completion, fall protection, and proper PPE use, with a goal of zero OSHA recordables
  • Identify and document repair or additional work opportunities observed on site and communicate findings to the Production Manager
  • Ensure complete jobsite documentation (photos, install summaries, job notes) is submitted within 24 hours to support accurate invoicing
  • Train and develop production roofers, building their ability to execute complex installations and work more independently over time
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job and ensure the crew is set up for efficient execution

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience

  • Proven ability to plan and execute commercial roofing installations from start to finish
  • Track record of leading crews with zero OSHA recordables and TRIR under 1.0
  • Experience directing production crews, coordinating work, and meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Valid driver's license required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
  • Comfort working on commercial roof systems and in elevated or confined work areas
