YOUR SCHEDULE

You will work Monday through Friday, with some weekend work when needed to keep projects on schedule.


YOUR DAY AS A ROOFING SUPERINTENDENT

  • Oversee projects from start to finish
  • Check job sites before work begins, spot potential issues early, and ensure everything is ready for the crew
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to keep projects running smoothly
  • Ensure all work follows safety rules and meets company standards by performing quality inspections during the job
  • Identify problems as they arise, find solutions, and make corrections to keep projects on track
  • Inspect the finished roof after project completion and quickly address any warranty issues if needed

REQUIREMENTS FOR A ROOFING SUPERINTENDENT

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in the roofing industry with strong skills in quality control, project management, and repair techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of roof materials, installation methods, and safety protocols

Relevant certifications (OSHA 30-Hour, roofing manufacturer certifications) are preferred but not required.
