Manage the Entire Process from Sale to Installation of Roofing

Required Skills:
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers,
and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and document on-site punch list walkthroughs across roofing installations, coordinating corrections and final approvals.
• Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.

Experience:
• 5+ years of project management experience with roofing
• Residential roofing installation experience
