We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, including scheduling crews, coordinating materials, managing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. This role also involves customer communication, preparing estimates and service reports, supporting field team training, and driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial roofing service, construction, or a related management role.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and operations management skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to read roofing plans, specifications, and work orders.
