Commercial Project Manager (Multi-Family)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager (Multi-Family) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from inception to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and
team members.
Qualifications:.
  • Proven experience in commercial roofing project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to commercial roofing projects.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Location:
  • Full time on site in our Winter Park office. Occasional travel to job sites or meetings with clients as needed.
Pay:
  • 80k-100k base, plus bonus
