About Us

GreenCal Construction is a growing, high-performing construction company specializing in roofing, stucco, paint, and energy-efficient home improvement products. We are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure high-quality workmanship on our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing projects, from material delivery to final walkthroughs.
  • Ensure waterproofing techniques are implemented correctly for long-lasting and durable roofs.
  • Supervise roofing crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Perform job site inspections to guarantee quality control and adherence to company standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions.
  • Work long hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Report progress to upper management and provide field updates.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish & English (must be able to communicate with crews and clients).
Extensive waterproofing knowledge (roofing underlayment, flashing, coatings, and leak prevention).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience managing teams.
Ability to work long hours and handle fast-paced job sites.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
Minimum 5 years of roofing experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Prior experience with Owens Corning, GAF, or similar roofing systems.
⭐ Familiarity with Acculynx or similar CRM/project management software.
⭐ OSHA 30 Certification or other relevant safety training.
