Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Concrete Restoration & Repainting Division. This role requires expertise in structural concrete repair, façade restoration, waterproof coatings, and repainting systems for commercial  projects. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver concrete restoration and repainting projects on time and within budget.
  • Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and foremen, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Oversee scopes including structural concrete repair, façade patching, waterproofing, elastomeric coatings, and commercial repainting.
  • Conduct project scheduling, cost tracking, and change order management.
  • Collaborate with engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Lead safety compliance with OSHA standards for high-rise and exterior façade work.
  • Generate progress reports and communicate updates to upper management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in concrete restoration or commercial repainting.
  • Technical knowledge of structural repair methods, coatings, waterproofing systems, and painting standards.
  • Strong background in commercial construction project management.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, etc.).
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.
  • Manufacturer training/certifications in concrete restoration or waterproofing systems preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
