We are seeking a hardworking, goal-oriented, full-time Waterproofing Construction Supervisor to join our Basement Waterproofing Team!

Unique Construction Supervisor Opportunity for Motivated Individual:

Job Specifications include, but not limited to:

  • Basement Waterproofing or foundation experience is a must
  • Ability to complete service Work
  • Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
  • Protecting the customer experience throughout the installation process
  • Maintain a field presence 80% of the time
  • Office responsibilities 20% of the time

Income & Benefits:

  • Weekly Base Salary of over $1,000 per week + Monthly BONUS Opportunity
  • Full Benefits Package and 401k
  • Travel expenses will be covered
  • Advancement & realistic, upward mobility

We will provide tools and equipment as necessary, but it is a huge plus if you have your own hand tools and power tools.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 65lbs
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Management experience
