Job description

Experienced Finish Caulker – Waterproofing

We are hiring experienced Finish Caulkers to join our Waterproofing team.

We are looking for skilled caulkers who take pride in producing clean, professional finished work. This is not an entry-level position — previous finish caulking experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projects
  • Apply sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, penetrations, and other building components
  • Remove and replace existing caulking and sealants as needed
  • Properly prepare and clean surfaces before application
  • Produce clean, consistent, finished caulk lines
  • Follow project specifications and manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience with finish caulking
  • Experience with waterproofing and sealant applications preferred
  • Ability to produce clean, professional-quality finished work
  • Comfortable working on active construction sites
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work safely from ladders, lifts, and elevated areas as required
  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
