Waterproofing and Sewer Laborer

Whether it's basement waterproofing, foundation repair, or drainage solutions, we provide trusted solutions that homeowners can depend on.

The Waterproofing and Sewer Laborer will be responsible for repairing and maintaining exterior waterproofing systems, interior waterproofing systems, sewer systems, and drainage systems. This role involves the following tasks but is not limited:

Repair and Maintenance:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on exterior waterproofing systems, including foundation waterproofing, piping arrangements, and membranes.
  • Repair and maintain sewer and drainage systems, including clearing blockages, locating breaks, and replacing damaged components.
  • Install Interior Waterproofing Management Systems in basement floors including concrete removal and installation, piping, and paneling installation.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.

Installation:

  • Install new exterior waterproofing systems, sewer lines, and drainage systems according to specifications and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure installations are completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Test and inspect systems post-installation to ensure proper functionality.
  • Assist in assessing reasons for any recall issues that may arise

Health and Safety:

  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to protect yourself and others on the job site.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safe operation of tools and equipment.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications on Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in exterior waterproofing, sewer, and drainage system maintenance, repair, and installation or similar area
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment used in waterproofing and drainage work..
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A Background Check will be required for employment
