Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our roofing and waterproofing operations. This role is critical in ensuring projects run efficiently from scheduling to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple moving parts at once.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule roofing and waterproofing projects Communicate with crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Track project progress, timelines, and material deliveries Assist with job costing, budgeting, and documentation Ensure all permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met Maintain accurate records in company systems Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in construction, roofing, or production coordination (preferred)

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
