Job description

Responsibilities
  • Conducting field observations associated with pre, during, and post-construction assessments for facility related services to include roofing, masonry/flashings, EIFS, waterproofing and window assemblies
  • Documenting observations daily in written field reports
  • Performing general department administrative duties with the ability to navigate Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Professional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way
  • Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed
