About the Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair, maintenance, and roofing-related service work.

Through our established partnerships with homeowners and property management groups, we provide ongoing roofing assignments in local service areas across multiple states.

This opportunity is ideal for independent roofing contractors looking to supplement their current workload with flexible project opportunities, consistent assignments, and fast payment processing.

Approved projects may include materials provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance when applicable.

Roofing Experience We’re Looking For

Qualified contractors should have hands-on experience with residential roofing services including:

Roof Inspections & Diagnostics
  • Leak detection and troubleshooting
  • Storm-related roof inspections
  • Flashing, ventilation, and moisture evaluations
  • Identifying water intrusion concerns or potential mold risks
Roof Repairs & Maintenance
  • Shingle, tile, or roofing material repairs
  • Nail pops and minor puncture repairs
  • Sealant work around flashing, vents, and penetrations
  • Gutter-related roofing maintenance and repairs
Larger Roofing Projects
  • Tear-offs and underlayment installation
  • Partial and full roof replacements
  • Experience with asphalt shingles, TPO, tile, and related roofing systems
  • Soffit, fascia, and ventilation-related repairs
Project Documentation
  • Before, during, and after photos
  • Detailed job notes through the company portal
  • Communication regarding materials and repair recommendations
Contractor Requirements
  • Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • Workers’ Compensation coverage required where applicable
  • Valid W9 and Tax ID required
